[AIS] race week wrap-up

I was just told by Brenny that the next club weathermark is going to press
this week. If we can get an event wrap-up regarding Bayfield Raceweek within
the next 24 hours, something can be included in the weathermark.  I've
volunteered to include a photo or two from what I shot on Wednesday.

But we need someone to volunteer to write an story. Maybe a page, maybe
