[AIS] Raceweek HELP!!!!

Hi,
 
I need help desperately coordinating Thursday dinner. Specifically, I
need someone willing to take on the task of looking for side dishes
(Washburn, Bayfield, Ashland), picking it up, coordinating with Bodine's
etc..
 
ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!!!
