Bayfield Racing Final Sprint 


Quick reminder that there are only TWO races left in the Wayzata Yacht Club-Apostle Island Station (WYC-AIS) season.   Find out how to register, who’s already signed up, and all other details for each race weekend in the links below:


·         The Single/Double Hand <http://www.yachtscoring.com/emenu.cfm?eID=1082>  – September 13th:    Find a crew, or not, and then get ready to tell war stories at the social located in the Bayfield Inn lounge right after the races.


·         MW Dobson Regatta <http://www.yachtscoring.com/emenu.cfm?eID=1083>  – September 20-21st:  There’s nothing better than fall sailing in the beautiful Apostle Islands.  One Mid Distance race each day and trophies to 5th place.  Sweet!  There’s also a social Saturday night.  How are you going to beat that?   


 

WYC-AIS has made it super easy to jump into any race.  Here’s where to find info on all the events of the season and who to contact:  http://wyc.org/ais/Home.aspx :


·         Do you sail with just Jib and Main? You have that option for all races throughout the season. 


·         Are you short-handed and the name of your additional crew is “auto-pilot”?  This option is available.  See Sailing Instructions for details.


·         Want to sail just one weekend, just Race Week, or all race weekends throughout the season?   You can do that.


·         Don’t know how to sign up?  Reference the website for online registration.  Or contact any of our friendly members for assistance.


·         Not a member?  Don’t worry about it, just pay as you go.  


·         Want to become a member?  We can help answer all your questions, just ask.


 


Please forward to your club, friends and neighbors!  Let them know there’s a lot of friendly competition out there and it’d be great to see them on the water
