[AIS] Looking to serve on WYC protest committees

Hi Andy,
  Bruce Martinson gave the class for becoming a USSailing Judge in Duluth 
this spring.  In the near future,  I hope to have the Club Judge 
certification.

I'm looking to get more experience in judging so I am asking if I could 
serve on your WYC Protest Committee and the Bayfield Race Week PC (I'm also 
racing again this year).

Please pass this on to Kevin and your Protest Chair/committee.

Thanks lots, and hoping to be of assistance to your WYC activities.
