It turns out that the squeaky sounds of my boat lift asking for attention
were actually tortured screams asking me to put it out of it's misery.

If you know of a nice and affordable used lift in the area, I'm all ears.
You know, one of those lifts near the lake with a cardboard forsale sign
that pop up this time of year. 

A steel lift is OK, it just needs to be something that can lift a sailboat
like the other lifts you see at the club.
