[Capri25] Indoor storage

I have a line on secure, indoor winter storage in downtown St. Paul, in the
sandstone caves. These caves are very dry in the winter, temperature
controlled (approx. 47 degree), and access will be available (including
power) for people to work on their boats. I have space for 10-12 boats and
also some outdoor storage space as well.
