Capri Fleet --  We need your help

As many of you know, the crew of Dakota is often missing form the WYC Awards Banquet in November.  It is certainly not by choice, but because we are usually at the Cystic Fibrosis Breath of Life Gala and Auction which is too often held on the same night.  Our (Paul and Suzy, boat owners) oldest son, John, has cystic fibrosis so we are very involved in planning the Gala and procuring auction items.........

Ahh.... You see where this is going.  

One of the items we are putting together this year are collections of 65 different bottles of beer.  When children are little they are not able to say Cystic Fibrosis so they often call their disease 65 Roses, thus the 65 beers.    As you are provisioning your coolers on race days, consider dropping off one bottle of that favorite, or most interesting beer at Dakota and we promise it will get to the auction,  not our cooler!

If anyone has any other items or services they would like to donate to the Auction, we would certainly take those too.  We raised over $1,000,000 last year and are hoping for an even bigger year this fall.   All donations are tax deductible.
