Academy Awards party

The writers strike is over.....so there WILL be an
awards show!!
Hopefully the weather will be better than last year’s
blizzard??

Movies in the afternoon----Party in the evening

Sunday afternoon at the movies
Office theater:           Michael Clayton           
Showing at 2:30 & 4:30
Nominated for 7 Oscars including Best Picture. A movie
about a lawyer with a conscience.
Living Room theater:    Across the Universe    
Showing at 2:15 & 4:30
An “age appropriate” movie for all of us aging Beatles
fans. Nominated for Best Motion Picture/Musical
[Golden Globes], & Costume Design [Oscars]

Afternoon attire is casual.  Popcorn, Milk Duds etc.. 

Evening party 6:45 Awards show starts at 7:00
Gentlemen-ties please (every girl’s crazy bout a sharp
dressed man)
Ladies-GLAM IT UP (there will be a red carpet)

If you desire, bring a food item to share to
compliment the food I prepare.
I will provide wine, and “Oscartini’s”.  Of course you
may bring your own beverage of choice.
