[Capri25] rigging help

Thanks to everyone that helped with sails and trailer advice on my new 
boat.  I picked it up last weekend and all went well with transporting 
the boat.  I am smitten with the boat and can't wait to get her in the 
water.

I am in the process of commissioning her for the season and I have a few 
questions for which you all surely have answers.
(1) mainsheet:  what size and length do you recommend for a mainsheet?
(2) jib/genoa sheets:  size and length?
(3) VC-17:  any one know how many quarts are needed for the capri 25?
