[Capri25] Rails

Folks,

We [finally] received the new bow pulpits and stern rails for the Capri 25.
I apologize for the delay.  These rails were manufactured in Michigan by
Tops in Quality.  I have five of each, and although many are accounted for,
there are several available for purchase.

The unit price (with shipping) is: $431.75.  Let me know if you need one -
otherwise they'll be in the fleet inventory (i.e., Dan's garage.)
