[Capri25] PLEASE NOTE - Date Change: Rumble in the Bay

This is just a quick note to let everyone know that the Rumble in the Bay
race will NOT be 5/7 (this Thursday) as originally planned.

We decided that participation might be low if we hold it this early, so
we're now planning to Rumble on Thursday, May 28th.

Please stay tuned for the official Notice of Race.
