[Capri25] mast base casting

Ahoy,

Weebeestee has suffered a lower casting failure, due to fatigue.  The remains are at the foundry and a new one is being cast. Due to the fatique factor, it cost me my mast, so if anyone is remoatly contemplating updating the original, I would like to drive the price down through a group buy.
