There is the potential that we could replace the SOTN in 2011 with a combined Sonar & Capri Championship.  We could save $s and have a better regatta.  The Sonars  expect 20-25 boats and I suspect the Capris may have 25-30.  We would probably run it for 3 days in Sept depending on what the national organization wanted and what the fleets want.  The problem with being in Minnesota is not many people are willing to tow a boat to get here (24-30 hours.) except J-24 and J-22.

      As we discussed this is a regatta for all of our members and classes,

      Every effort needs to be made to attract owners from every class and from all over the country. Past regattas have had entries from many regions.
