[Capri25] Reminder: Rumble in the Bay tonight

Although the winds are light now, most forecasts show a good improvement
around race time.  Sailflow and Intellicast average anywhere from 7 to 10,
which should be plenty of wind to race in the bay.

Start time is 5:45 (in the bay).
