[Capri25] Rumble in the Bay!

Just a quick reminder... tomorrow will be the third annual "Rumble in the
Bay" mini-regatta / demolition derby (wind permitting).

Same thing as last year:

   - Back-to-back single-lap races until the other fleets are done.
   - We'll run it in the bay, with the Shorewood RC running the show.
   - There will be food and prizes after the racing.
   - The best part is that Pete is paying for it all!  ;-)
