[Capri25] Sunken Ensign in Smiths bay

Note to all:

This morning I saw a Blue hulled Ensign sunk on north shore of (I think
Smiths bay).  It was touching a dock, and was right up to shore.  It was
easily visible from shoreline drive, with the mast up, and some of the
main sail exposed.  I could see the "E" on the main sail.

anybody coming over to WYC is advised to bring flashlight and perhaps a
