[Capri25] WHAT!!!! Rookie of the Year Award goes un-awarded

Capri Owners;

 

It was brought up that no Rookie of the Year Award (RYA) was given out this
year. 

 

With only one Capri eligible (Wahoo) as a candidate for RYA, should this
boat receive the award with no voting (default) or should there be an
eligibility extension given.

 

Your thoughts please.
