[Capri25] Capri 25 annual fleet meeting

Directions:

5360 Vine Hill Road, Shorewood / Minnetonka, first house closest to Vine
Hill, stucco rambler with three poorly light-decorated spruce trees, right /
west side of street.  Bottom of first big hill (from Hwy 7
direction) roughly two city blocks south of the 3-way stop on the frontage
road.

H: 612-605-1605, Darin cell: 612-239-4942.

Arrival:  Meeting starts at 7:00.  Arrive around 6:00 if you like; put your
food/beverage out, eat, socialize, talk about the weather….

Parking:  room for about five cars in the driveway by the garage doors.  Unless
you’re there at 6ish, spare yourself the headache of having to back down the
driveway on our snowy driveway into a semi-busy street.  The snow should be
plowed back just enough to get your car off the road way on Vine Hill.  Drop
off your guests at the driveway.

It’s a shared driveway with the neighbor behind us; please don’t stack up
cars or block it.

If you need special accommodations for parking, please write or call me and
we will save you a spot by the house.

Shoes: please remove them.  Bring slippers or house shoes if you need or
even jammies.

Food and/or beverage:  if you tell me what you’re bringing, I can write to
you all in a couple days with the menu in case you want to fill in gaps.

Sandy and I will provide the plastic plates, napkins,
cups/glasses/mostly-real-silverware, and a couple warm dishes like BBQ and
??, and about 30 pounds of ice for the cooler and drinks.

Sorry for what is probably the longest fleet meeting instructions in fleet
history.  If we haven’t scared you off yet, we looking forward to seeing
you.
