Got the tab for a new bottom - $2200 plus tax.  I had a boat totaled in a
race a few years back and the insurance claim was only twice that.  Well,
that is what you get when you live in flyover county.   I did ask for a FAST
bottom.

Sooo, I am now in the market for a nice set of used sails (Gen/Main) vs a
new set.  I see Sobstad has some logos in the front of the fleet.  Are they
preferred?  Our 9 month season starts in Sept and training starts next
weekend.  Anyone have a quality used set for grabs to your desert dwelling
brethren?  I have a HD sewing machine and a foil, so some light repairs
and/or hanks are OK.
