Clearly a behavior I neither understand nor agree with. ;-) I don't know who wrote the post and I don't know who the members are who feel they have been wronged. My two years with the club have taught me that there are a relatively few volunteers doing a lot of heavy lifting. IMHO, it's not just the Capri Fleet that isn't stepping up. That being said, since it represents the largest fleet in the club, I would expect to see more Capri volunteers across the board. 

If there were more Capri volunteers engaged with the management of club activities, I suspect you would be able to "protect" your right to be on the race course as opposed to having to "fight" for it. Think sailing strategy. ;-)
