I estimate the boat weights 3,300 with gear and plus the trailer runs about
800 lbs = 4,100lbs

The Capri, accessories, and trailer may very well approach 5K lbs.

Without benefit of the specifics of the SUV, a quick search revealed that
generally a 4Runner has a max tow capacity of 5K lbs.
