Gentlemen:

Here is some info and photos of the 1980 Capri 25, hull #50, that I'm trying
to find a new home for.

 

I purchased this boat in March 2012 from Nestegg Marine in Marinette, WI.
The bottom was kind of rough so I had them fair it, spray on 5 coats of
barrier coat material and 3 coats of bottom paint.  The bottom is now as
smooth as new gelcoat.

 

The idea was to race this boat instead of my 2010 Alerion Express 33 which
is used extensively in the day sailing charter trade here in Holland, MI.
Having two sailboats became too much maintenance work and involved begging
for crew.  So to simplify things, "Nancy Anne VIII" is up for sale for what
I have in it, $14,700.   I have found a good transportation company who can
haul it anywhere in the Midwest for a very reasonable rate.

 

Features:

.  New Elliot/Pattison mainsail, purchased in July, 2012.

.  Almost new Doyle AP1 155 Genoa.

.  Extra 155 dacron genoa, spinnaker, spare main.

6 HP Nissan Outboard in very good condition,

.  tandem axle trailer,

.  new genoa sheets.

Boat is located in Holland, MI on Lake Macatawa
