Hello Everyone!
 
The J24 U-Gotta Regatta is almost here; October 6th and 7th.  It’s just around the corner!!
 
Let’s help the J24 fleet make this event a great one!!
 
Below are the areas where they need volunteers. 
 
SATURDAY, OCTOBER 6, 2012
-          Lunch Delivery for Committee - Sandwiches and Beverages at 7:30 a.m.
o        Need 2 people
-          Breakfast Set Up at 8:00 a.m.
o        Need 1 person
-          Dinner Set Up - Table/Silverware/Plates/Napkins from 3:30 to 4:00 p.m.
o        Need 2 people
-          Dinner Servers – Keep food coming when done and make sure plates and napkins are available.  Also help rinse pans when needed.  From 4:30 to 8:30 p.m.
o        Need 3 people
-          Bar Set Up – from 3:30 to 4:00 p.m.
o        Need 1 person
-          Bartenders
o        Need 1 person 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.
o        Need 2 people from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.
o        Need 2 people from 9:00 p.m. to Clean up (roughly around 10:30 p.m.)
-          Clean Up – 10:00 p.m.
o        Need 3 people
 
SUNDAY, OCTOBER 7, 2012
-          Lunch Delivery for Committee - Sandwiches and Beverages at 7:30 a.m.
o        Need 2 people
-          Breakfast Set Up at 8:00 a.m.
o        Need 1 person
-          Clean Up – 6:00 p.m.
o        Need 3 people
