[Capri25] Burton Cup Corn Roast this Saturday night at MYC -- Final reminder -- Reservation deadline Wednesday at 8 a.m.

Saturday, August 24th, WYC and MYC will be holding the annual Burton Cup/MS Cup Race in the morning, followed by the awesome Burton Cup/MS Cup Corn Roast at 6:00 that evening, hosted by MYC at Lighthouse Island.

Please join us on LHI for a full night of fun and festivities.  Meredith Fierke will be playing!  There will be a live auction to raise money for MS.  (Blake is still looking for auction items!)

The MYC "C" Fleet and Open Fleet will be serving:

- The Famous Burton Corn Roast - Roasted Corn on the Cob with Melted Butter!

- Grilled Pork Chops;  BBQ Sauce

-Apple Sauce

- Potato Salad
- Five Bean Salad
- Garden fresh Caprese  Salad
- Fresh Dinner Rolls & Butter
- Ice Cream Sundaes with Chocolate - Caramel - Strawberry
- Beer and Root Beer on tap.


$20 with reservations by 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 21st or $24 after that.  $6 for little skippers.  Cash only please.  Please make reservations now by responding to this email or call the MYC Office # at 952-474-4457.

If you have never been to Lighthouse Island, you should come and see what it's all about!  If you do not have a City of Deephaven parking sticker, be careful where you park, and be prepared to walk a bit!  The MYC pontoon shuttle picks up passengers at the dock at the end of Park Avenue, and also near the MYC crane in Carson's Bay.  Contact Bert or Carmella or Blake if you have any questions.
