[Capri25] Star of the North Regatta

[Temple Blackwood]

The Star of the North Regatta is this coming weekend.

There are currently only a handful of boats signed up, and there have been reports of difficulty finding crew because many people cannot do 2 weekends in a row.
In order to encourage more boats to participate, the Capri Rules Committee has agreed to drop the Regatta requirement to have a minimum of 4 crew, and the requirement to specify the number crew each day at time of registration.

(these requirements are still in place for the Catalina/Capri Nationals)
