Good morning fleet captains. It is time to start planning for the Star of the North. I am calling a meeting for this Sunday immediately after the race. I would appreciate it if you or a representative of your fleet attend. My plan is simple. My wife Jill has agreed to supervise the meal prep with lots of help from the fleets. I would like to assign each fleet 1 meal. The Sonars would be responsible for Friday night. The Capris would cover Saturday night and the S2s would cover Sunday afternoon. Each fleet would be responsible for supplying the people to set-up, prepare, serve and clean up the meal and the bar for their assigned meal. In addition, I would ask that each fleet be responsible for setting up and cleaning up the continental breakfast on their assigned day. I would like to reach agreement on this on Sunday. 



In addition we need volunteers to work the following: 



Raffle and Sponsors 

Tee shirt design and sales 

Box lunches 

Entertainment – Barnie has agreed to chair this
