This started in 2014, yahoo is the only email provider affected but this.  Craig is managing the list server.  Here is the link to some possible solutions.
Yahoo’s recommendation is to get another email address for list servers as crazy as it sounds. Yahoo has some issues so maybe it is time to get a new address

What needs to be done and/or what can I do in order to have the capability to send out emails to the fleets at the club.
I still do not have the capability to send out emails to the fleets.  I am both Social and Awards Chair and as such need to send out emails to the fleets; especially to the Capri Fleet.  When I try to send out an email to a fleet it goes out but to no one.  Nobody receives my emails.
This needs to be resolved asap.  I need to distribute several emails to my fleet about awards.  This problem has been going on for quite sometime, as you know Jon (I brought this to your attention about 2 years ago).
When can this be resolve?  How can this be resolved?  Please let's fix this once and for all.  
I can't continue to go through others to send out emails; it's ridiculous.  Let's get resolution on this.
