[Capri25] SotN question

I'm looking for a quick informal poll as we work on the sailing
instructions for this year's star of the north regatta.  Just looking for a
simple yes/no on whether we continue to have the option to run a medium
distance race on Friday.  We're currently not planning to allow the medium
distance on Saturday or Sunday.  The question is simply yes/no: Should we
allow the race committee to run a medium distance race at their discretion
on Friday.
