[Capri25] Star of North Crew counts for Capri 197.

Hi Odel,
I need to reduce the Number sailing on 197 (trebuche formerly magic) from 6 to 5 for Saturday and Sunday as a couple who are sailing with us want to take turns catching up on other activities.
