[Capri25] Overbearing Too/Ellie Jay

Just wanted to drop a note to welcome Overbearing Too and Ellie Jay back to the Capri 25 fleet!  Overbearing Too was purchased by Steve Skoro over the winter and is located next to Aithos on D dock. Ellie Jay by Shiloh Jackson and is located next to Honeymoon's Over on C dock.  If you have a minute before the race tonight, stop by and welcome them to our great fleet!
