[Capri25] Rumble- prior to C Dock Party

I received 7 'yes' responses for a Rumble but not enough to commit to multiple Rumble's.  So, I am going to recommend to Terry we would like one (1) Rumble scheduled the day of the C Dock Party (August 27).  We can determine the rules and time at a later date.

If you have an issue with this, you have about 3 hours to respond.
