C-DOCK PARY IS PRACTICALLY HERE!!!

IT’S THIS SUNDAY - SUNDAY, AUGUST 25TH.


Here are the participants for 2019 C-Dock:

1.    Maverick = Oktober Fest

2.    Aithos = La Batalla del Vino

3.    Off-Line = Rio de Janiero Carnival

4.    Tsunami = Mexico’s Day of the Dead

5.    Lickety Split = Ireland’s St. Patty’s Day

6.    Rampage = Cinco de Mayo

7.    Millennium Falcon = Star Wars Day

8.    Honeymoon's Over = Thai Songkran

9.    Consensus = New Year’s Eve



As every year the C-Dock Committee will be providing the main dish that reflects the over all theme.  This year the C-Dock will be the World Party of all parties for sailors……..The America's Cup!!!

This year the committee will be providing ham with sauces from 5 different countries.

Here are the sauces:

•         German Honey Glaze

•         Italia Ham Sauce

•         Sweet and Smokey Spanish-Style

•         Brazilian Glaze

•         Irish Whiskey Sauce



Ham will be served warm in large pans pre-sliced.  The sauces will be in serving bowls with spoons for you the spread on your ham.  You choose the sauce of your choice or combine with you wish.
