[Capri25] Capri 25 parked on Lake Nokomis Parkway

Anyone know the story behind the Capri 25 parked on Lake Nokomis Parkway Tuesday the 11th?  I did not recognize the hull.  Wondering if it is new to the area, passing through or going away.  If you know who owns it make sure to tell them they are welcome at Wayzata Yacht Club.

The truck had Washington plates.
