[Capri25] REMINDER: annual fleet meeting - 2/27 at 7pm

One final note, this meeting is open to anyone that crews or otherwise participates in our fleet, not just boat owners. However, we do need at least 50% of boats represented by their owners/partners in order to vote on official business. Beer, wine and snacks will be provided for the social hour. See you all tomorrow!

Based on the responses I got, it looks like 2/27 is the preferred date. If you cannot attend, please confer with your partners and crew to ensure your boat is represented.

More details to follow, but for now let's plan on social hour from 6 to 7, followed by meeting at 7. Steve has the clubhouse reserved starting at 5.

If you have items to add to the agenda, please send them to me within the next two weeks.

Capri 25 fleet:

It's that time of year to get together and hold our annual fleet meeting. I'm going to suggest we meet at the clubhouse again and hold it on a weekday evening to allow for the best possible participation. Also, I'd like to do this before the end of the month, before folks start to disappear for spring break.

As of this morning, the following two dates are available:
Tuesday 2/18
Thursday 2/27
Please let me (not the entire listserv, please) know if you are NOT available on either of these dates. I would appreciate a response by the end of the day tomorrow, so that we can get this meeting scheduled.
