[Capri25] season start - important info

Hello fleet,

As we all get back into the water and prepare for the upcoming season, I'd like to convey some important information and reminders:

  1.  Please use this link to sign up for the crane (self-use and assisted): https://www.wyc.org/dib_sessions/show/41064
  2.  Please ensure you've paid both your WYC membership and Capri 25 fleet dues. Fleet dues can be paid via a link on our website: https://www.wyc.org/c25. Otherwise, your boat will not be scored.
  3.  The race schedule and SI's are posted. The G series begins in 2 weeks!
  4.  Current mask rules (as of this writing):
     *   On the boat (Capri 25): masks required for 5+ crew, masks recommended for 4 or less.
     *   On WYC property: masks required when within 6 ft of another member.
  5.  QR code sign-in required for each race (all crew). No waivers or crew lists required.
  6.  Clubhouse and patios will be closed Thursday evenings, with the exception of restrooms.
  7.  Clubhouse and patios will be open Sa/Su subject to the following limits: 15 occupants in clubhouse, 50 occupants on patios.
  8.  There will be a new race night this year (Mondays in June, possibly longer): single/double-handed only, recreational focus (i.e. no attendance, BOTY points, or trophies).
  9.  At the discretion of RC, there may be a new 'F' mark positioned leeward of the downwind mark/gate for J70's only.
  10. East lot has been expanded slightly and West lot has been resurfaced. No more potholes and muddy tires!
  11. Tuesday night seminars are ON and will be presented via Zoom. Also, there's a seminar Wed 2/28 covering the new 2021-2024 rules.
  12. The on-the-water training is postponed until next year.
  13. The new member meet & greet on 4/29 will be conducted via Zoom.
