race of the A series. If you are late, your boat will not be scored. This

the Year, Smoozability Award, Man Overboard Trophy. Redefinition of the
Crew of the Year award. Nominations/voting for Smoozability is open to the
entire fleet. Nominations are due Oct 15. Votes must be cast by Oct

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>5) Additional glassware will be awarded by the
fleet for 6th, 7th and 8th places for races/series that average 20 or more boats
(see the Fleet Rules for details). </FONT><FONT face=Arial size=2>Keeper
burgees will be presented to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place finishers in the Sunset
Series, Champ Series and Women's Champ Series only. </FONT><FONT
face=Arial size=2>Each boat in the fleet will receive a half-hull trophy that
can be augmented with brass plates to mark winners of the traveling
trophies.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>6) The Rules Committee will look at removing the
minimum size requirements for a spinnaker and report back at the spring
meeting. See the Web site for Harry Pattison's comments on the

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>7) Social events for next year include a spring
party at Kai Kroll's house and a celebration of the 10th anniversary of the
founding of the Capri 25 One Design fleet.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>8) Charlie Schroeder will look at organizing a
winter rules seminar for the fleet.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>9) Code Blue won their protest hearing from the
Nationals and asked that all boats consider storing their protest flags on their
backstay to make it easier to know if you have been protested during a
race.</FONT></DIV>
