<div>I think that's good feedback. After a little more thought (and offline discussion)... the performance-based fee idea now seems like a slippery slope. I retract that suggestion, but would definitely agree with raising the minimum race count, or even the fee for coming up short.

Each slot in the club is the basically same size and handles two boats. If some boats are shorter in length does not mean that they use less the club or the docks.
