For selfish reasons but also to share with the rest of those with the same boats as us... Losing a rig as a result of missing this information is a key motivator... <br><br>The J/24 throughbar upgrade is a perfect example. I'm personally on my second set of spreaders and attachments (and see how it's kind of lightly built), but have [thankfully] not lost a mast... but then we don't get as heavy winds as you likely do. That doesn't mean I won't put this upgrade on my list for the winter though.<br><br>Looks like APS has the throughbar upgrade
