fleet for the weekend races. I know finding good crew is a reason why we are getting less and less boats on the line. Over the years I
have participated in the Saturday on the water training and found lots of new crew interested but not willing to take a chance at the crew table after
the three training Saturdays are over.<br><br>I am looking for a few more boats that would be willing to take on new crew for the Big Island
series. I would love to tell the participants of the on the water training that if they show up on a Saturday morning for the Big Island races
they will not be left behind.<br><br>Consensus has regular crew members willing to help with this. So we can put an experienced crew on your
boat to help teach the new sailors.<br><br>If you are interested on taking new sailors out for the big island races please let me know. Inviting them
