[Ensign] Message to all fleets - WYC Winter Happy Hours continue!

Hello fellow sailors,

I'm sure you've noticed that WYC has initiated "Winter Happy Hours" since
December.  This is our effort to keep sailors and fleets connected and
smiling over the long winter months.  Come March, we will begin to feature
some of our restaurant sponsors for the Wine of Wayzata Bay, which only
secures our continued relationships for this important event.

We are hoping to reach more sailors to make these events successful.
Understanding that not all members subscribe to the Weathermark, I would
like to ask your assistance in spreading the word through your individual
fleets.  Here is our next Winter Happy Hour coming up this week:

Thursday, Feb. 7
4-6pm ++

Upon arrival, ask where the WYC sailors are gathered

Additionally, might you encourage your sailors to sign up for the
Weathermark, so they can be sure *NOT* to miss important club highlights
such as this?  They can simply go to http://www.wyc.org/ and click on the
"View current Weathermark issue" in top right corner.  From there click the
"Subscribe" button in the top left corner and Voila!
