It is seminar time again.  The First Spring seminar is this Tuesday May 27th at 7pm. We will be hosting the Tuesday Spring Seminars via Zoom at NO COST!! That is right, it’s FREE.  

What are we going to talk about?

April 27th - Around the Course
First 30 minutes is about what you need to know as a new racer.  How it works, what you need, and how to get on a team. The last 90 minutes is all about tactics, strategies, and rules around the racecourse.  I will be emphasizing Upwind, Downwind and around Marks.

May 4th -Starting
This is all about starting.  Rules, tactics, and strategies for starting.  Starting is the most important part of sailboat racing.  I will coach you through how to get a good start and what to do when it doesn’t go as planned.  It is Star Wars day so I am sure there will be some Jedi references.

May 11 - Sail Trim.  
Gordy Bowers and I will talk about sail trim.  How to sail faster and higher and how to do it.  We will also talk about downwind and how to sail faster and lower.  If you want to move up to the next level, this seminar is a must.
