[Ensign] SH/DH Starting Order and Fleet Splits

Good day all.

Monday is the first in the Single/Double handed series.  The fleet splits and starting order were announced this evening via an updated amendment to the NOR/SI - published here, and summarized below

First Start
All boats with a PHRF rating greater than 179. This includes the Ensign, and J22.

Second Start
All boats with a PHRF rating between 173 and 179. This includes the Capri 25, and Sonar

Third Start
All boats with a PHRF rating less than 173. This includes the J24, S2 7.9, and J70 

Remember, the PHRF numbers mentioned above are base ratings.  If decide NOT to fly a spinnaker, you should fly an ORANGE colored flag off your backstay to tell the RC to assign you an 18-second credit.
