[Ensign] Sailboat Motor

Having motor issues is no fun. As I found out today..  Wondering if anyone can share an opinion on going electric? Best place to buy one? Do they have enough power for 2800 lb boat into 25 mph south wind?Otherwise would be interested in buying a newer  dependable gas motor under 50 lbs(4hp?)  if anyone has one for sale.
