[J22-Fleet 1]Missing Lifejacket

I've been out of town for 3 weeks, but did someone borrow a red Extra 
Sport life jacket of my boat and not tell me?

It's a brand new Red ExtraSport with new cutout sides, but there is no 
name inside (that was dumb).
