[J22-Fleet 1] J22 North American Championship Regatta Sponsorship& Media Drive

Ok, let me translate this to English.  I guess I was thinking too fast.

  How about one of the following:

   Place a sponsor's logo (flag or banner) on a spectator's boat (i.e. motor boat)  
   Place a sponsor's logo on a spin or on a sail on a J22/J24/Sonar/Capri/ or Perf boat that is not competing but following the race.
  Would any of the above work?
