[J22-Fleet 1] Thursday evening sail tune practice

Since there are no races this week, 963 is going to take the
opportunity to go out and test a new set of sails on Thursday evening,
same time the races normally happen.

Any other boats are welcome to come join.  Just meet up with us at the
club by 5:30pm and we'll figure out where to sail to (bay or main
lake).
