J22 Districts for the Evergreene Cup  <http://www.evergreenejewelers.com/>

Our annual event is fast approaching.  Several key aspects of this year's
event:

 

.         Skippers meeting has been moved up to 09:00 AM on Saturday 9/15.
UPDATED NOR ATTACHED 

 

.         Friday is Skippers and Crew evening.  After registration @19:00PM,
we will proceed to the upper deck @ NorthCoast in Wayzata for cocktails and
Hors devours 

 

.         Saturday is J22 Family and Friends Night @ WYC.  Please bring your
kids and guests for fun night of Pump It Up Jumper,  and kid's favorite Once
Upon a Star who will be providing Face Painting, Crafts and Activities, and
Special Treats for the kids starting at 4:30.  All ages welcome.  

 

We will also have several 'sitters' to help watch over kids.  This is a
voluntary effort and participating families are encouraged to chip in.  This
should be good fun for the whole family.  

 

Beer, Burgers, Brats, sides, and other beverages will be provided.
Volunteers for Bar, Grilling, and Serving are needed.  Please reply if your
team is up for helping out.  

 

 

Schedule:

Friday 9/14                    17:00-19:00                   Registration
and put-in at WYC

Skippers and Crew evening - *location TBD*

 

Saturday 9/15                07:30-09:00                   Registration

09:00                            Skippers Meeting at WYC Club House

10:30                            Warning Signal for Race 1.

 

16:30                            J22 Family and Friends Night @ WYC.  Kids
and guests welcome.

Social starts immediately after racing.  Dinner served ~ 6pm.  Fun for the
whole family planned.

 

Sunday 9/16                  09:30                            Warning Signal
for the first race of the day.

 

13:30                            Social and Awards Ceremony immediately
after racing.
