Life circumstances are forcing me to sell J22 #1071.

She's a 1992 hull, 100% race ready, and is a fast boat - much faster than her owner!  Many extras, one set of practice sails included, tack-tick, all running rigging (some new components this year), also includes boat lift purchased new in 2006 that is currently in the water at the end of A dock.
