Hi - 

I am moving next month and have the sweetest house in Orono on North Arm Drive. There are 2 bedrooms, funky galley kitchen, huge fireplace and 50's style bathroom with a window overlooking Forest Lake Bay. The house is very bright and sunny and has mahogany ceilings. Super lake views. Very large yard (huge back yard) mature tree's and very private. No garage but the off street nook works very well. 

Utilities are very low as the house is completely updated. The house is about 100 years old. The monthly rent is $800.00 and is best for one or two at most as it is only 950 sf. There is a full basement w/washer and dryer as well as tons of room for storage.

Wanted to put this out to the fleet as this house is really a great value.
