Fleet 1,

The ice is out and the Cool Cup is less than two weeks away.  This is a great 
way to kick off the season and get your program ready to go.  


Payment options and amounts are all up to date and can be found at:  
http://wyc.org/j22/ShoppingCart.aspx.  You can also pay by check at the event if 
you prefer.  Each boat is expected to pay Fleet dues regardless of whether or 
not you race in this event.    


As we discussed at the winter meeting, the "all-in" dues are again $200, 
covering Fleet dues and both regattas.  Individual regattas are $100, and Fleet 
dues only $50.  These are great deals for a weekend of the lake to ourselves, 
great racing, two meals and beverages for your team.  We will also have t-shirts 
for sale at the event and some great Stormtech gear to try on, thanks to John 
Klick.  


Crew substitutions are generally ok for this event, provided we know in advance, 
and overall weight is not significantly affected.  A couple of you have 
contacted me already, please let me know ahead of time to avoid any 
controversy.      


To help get a count, I'd like each boat to respond to this with a yes, no or 
maybe on whether you'll be competing.  


For further information, the NOR is on line and the SI's will be given out at 
registration.
